Here’s the good news: in Belgium, it only rains about 8% of the time. Most of the time, you’ll stay dry. But let’s be honest, that doesn’t help much if your group happens to get caught in the rain. If there’s a chance of rain, we’ll make sure your tour doesn’t get ruined:

  • We’ll provide free disposable ponchos to help you brave the weather.
  • Our guides will adjust the route to minimize how wet you become.
  • You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours in advance.
  • Prefer to stay off the bike? You can swap your Antwerp By Bike tour to a walking tour with Walking in Antwerp at no extra cost. If the walking tour costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

All Antwerp by Bike bike tours start and finish at Vleminckstraat 15a, next to PRINTSHOP and close to the Groenplaats. We kindly ask to arrive 10 minutes early to choose your bike and get ready for the ride.

If you book a private tour for fewer than 8 people, you’ll still pay the price for 8 participants. That’s why you need to select 8 participants during the booking process.

  • For anyone who needs a bike, choose “Person – Including bikes.”
  • If someone doesn’t need a bike, select “Person – Excluding bikes.”
  • For groups with fewer than 8 participants, fill in the remaining spots with placeholder participants. Always select these placeholders as “Participants – Excluding bikes.”

Antwerp by bike is a really great concept! You see so much more of the city because you can get everywhere by bike, and you go relatively quickly from one hot spot to another. But also a good and fun guide who interactively presents the city and first discusses with you what you find particularly interesting. Really highly recommended!
